PharManage's mission is to lower the direct costs of healthcare and improve patient outcomes in high morbidity/mortality disease states for Medicare, commercial, and Medicaid beneficiaries.

With an intense, creative focus on delivering high-quality patient-centric care and improving business processes and industry structure, we believe improved cost-effective outcomes are possible.

• Tailored patient-centric care requires true understanding of patient motivations and challenges and strong incentives for adherence and success. To achieve the best outcomes, holistic interventions may be combined with traditional medical approaches.
• Enhancements are also needed in healthcare business processes. Certain aspects of the industry structure increase the cost of care and should be evaluated. Reimbursement must be appropriate and innovative to support improved patient outcomes.

PharManage also seeks to identify clinically significant early-stage new products that may substantially improve patient outcomes cost-effectively. And then we help bring those products to patients.

• PharManage assists with high-level development of Phase II/III programs, including clinical trial design. We identify audience-centric HEOR and other data collection strategies to support product access and uptake. We also develop "market capture" or value-based product pricing strategies.
• Working positively and closely with U.S. payers, we help achieve early, wide access for products that will improve outcomes—making them available to the patients who need them.
